Substitution Policy
Fresh Flowers:We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements the variety will take precedence over color. For instance, if an order is for yellow daisies, they will substitute another color of daisies, not another yellow flower. White roses and cream roses may be substituted for each other as well as peach roses and pink roses.
Plants: For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value.
Substitutions for Special Occasions: Due to the importance of delivering orders for special occasions, such as funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, on specific days, we may make a substitution of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery, if the flowers you requested are not available, and we are not able to contact you via the phone number(s) or email address you provided us.
Delivery Policy (Please Read)
**Recipients Are Always Contacted: In all cases, unless otherwise specified, we will contact the recipient to ensure they will be home to accept the delivery.**
Taxes are based on prevailing rates in the area of our store location.
Please note that all prices are presented in CAD unless otherwise noted.
Delivery Location: Rural delivery addresses with Range Roads, Township Roads or Highways. The system cannot properly price out delivery to these addresses. We can most likely deliver to all addresses but the pricing will vary. We will call if the delivery fee exceeds $25. If it does not the delivery price will be upgraded when the order comes in to the shop.
Delivery to Pickup: No refunds will be issued under $20. We will add in the delivery fee to the arrangement, with flowers.
Specific Times: We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within a few hours on orders. You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Holiday times- we will try our best but cannot guarantee a specific time.
If No One is Home: We will continue to call until we hear back from the recipient. If we do not hear back within 48 hours, we will call you to make other arrangements.
Request to Leave Item at Door: In most cases we will not leave fresh flowers on the doorstep.
